Steph García

Steph brings extensive experience in leading high-performing recruitment teams across Latin America and beyond. She has successfully driven corporate hiring processes to attract and retain top talent for diverse organizations, always ensuring an outstanding candidate experience and smooth integration into the business.

Passionate about talent development and internal mobility, Steph has designed and implemented programs to promote career growth within organizations, strengthen employer branding, and optimize recruitment operations.
Her expertise includes ATS and HCM system implementation, project planning and execution, recruitment strategy design, and DEI-driven initiatives — making her a key asset in building scalable, people-first talent solutions for our clients.
